Relocation of Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in SM Mall of Asia to Double Dragon Plaza
PARAÑAQUE 18 March 2024 - The Department of Foreign Affairs Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public of the relocation of the Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) in SM Mall of Asia (MOA) to Double Dragon Plaza effective 18 March 2024.
The public is further advised of the following guidelines on the relocation of TOPS in SM MOA to Double Dragon Plaza:
