Temporary Suspension of Operation of CO Lipa on 23 July 2024 in Celebration of the 160th Birthday of Apolinario Mabini

LIPA 23 July 2024 - The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Lipa City, Batangas (CO Lipa) will be closed on Tuesday, 23 July 2024. 

This is pursuant to the Office of the Governor, Province of Batangas Proclamation No. 01, series 2024. The Proclamation declares 23 July 2024 as a Special (Non-Working) Holiday in the province of Batangas to celebrate the 160th Birthday of Apolinario Mabini, also known as the "Sublime Paralytic" and a great Batangueño National Hero.
