PARAÑAQUE CITY, 25 July 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that due to continuous rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon and Typhoon “Carina,” passport and authentication services in DFA Aseana and DFA Consular Offices (COs) and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in the Regions III, IV-A, and the National Capital Region (NCR) are suspended on Thursday, 25 July 2024, per the announcement from the Office of the Executive Secretary.

Affected applicants for passport services with confirmed appointments on 25 July 2024 at DFA Aseana and Consular Offices (COs) in the Regions III, IV-A, and the National Capital Region (NCR) will be accommodated from 26 July 2024, Friday, to 26 August 2024, Monday.

Likewise, the Passport Releasing Service Center at DoubleDragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also suspend its operations on 25 July 2024 and will resume operations on 26 July 2024.

TOPS applicants with confirmed appointments on 25 July 2024 will be accommodated in their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from 26 July 2024, Friday, to 26 August 2024, Monday. Affected TOPS applicants are requested to adhere to the same time slot of your original appointment. For DFA COs and TOPS outside the Regions III, IV-A, and NCR, the public is requested to refer to announcements from your local government offices for information on suspension of services.

FOR AUTHENTICATION APPLICANTS

• Affected Authentication applicants with confirmed appointments at DFA-Aseana will be accommodate on the following date:

Affected applicants must present their confirmed appointment packet which shows that their original schedule is on 24 or 25 July 2024.

• Affected Authentication applicants with confirmed appointments in NCR Consular Offices (COs) will be accommodated within 30 days from 26 July 2024.

Affected applicants must present their confirmed appointment packet which shows that their original schedule is on 24 or 25 July 2024.

• Releasing of Authentication Documents at Double Dragon Plaza

 Applicants may refer to their Official Receipts or Authentication Slips of the releasing date for reference. Releasing of Authentication Documents will resume on 26 July 2024 onwards.
