Suspension of Operations in the DFA Consular Office in Zamboanga on 16 September 2024 in Observance of Maulidin Nabi 

ZAMBOANGA CITY 11 September 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) in Zamboanga City will be closed on Monday, 16 September 2024, in observance of Maulidin Nabi, which is recognized as a legal Muslim holiday by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1083 otherwise known as the Muslim Code of the Philippines.

Consular operations will resume on Tuesday, 17 September 2024.
