Temporary Suspension of Operations in DFA Consular Office - La Union on 17 September 2024

LA UNION 17 September 2034 — The public is advised that the Consular Office in La Union is closed on Tuesday, 17 September 2024.

This is pursuant to Provincial Government of La Union (Executive Order No. 50, s. 2024) in preparation for the effects of Tropical Depression "GENER." No Passport and Apostille applications will be processed or released during this period.

Affected applicants can be accommodated within one (1) month upon resumption of DFA consular operations until 17 October 2024, without the need to set another appointment via email or online.

Furthermore, passports can be claimed within six (6) months, while an apostille can be claimed within three (3) months, on any regular working day.
