Temporary Suspension of OUMA/OMA Frontline Services on 14 to 15 November 2024

MANILA 13 November 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of the Undersecretary for Migration Affairs wishes to inform the general public that its frontline service for Assistance to Nationals is temporarily closed from Thursday, 14 November 2024 to Friday, 15 November 2024.

Please indicate in the email Subject: Urgent Request for Assistance – (please put in the name of the person abroad, city and country, and the nature of assistance needed, for example: Juan dela Cruz – Manado, Indonesia – Medical Assistance).

Walk-in clients requesting for assistance to Filipino nationals abroad may proceed to the ground floor of the DFA’s temporary office at the Double Dragon Tower, DD Meridian Avenue corner EDSA extension on Monday, 18 November 2024, 8:00am - 4:00pm. END
