Cessation of Operations of Tops in Doubledragon Plaza and Uptown Mall in Taguig City

PARAÑAQUE CITY 19 December 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public of the cessation of operations of the Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) in DoubleDragon Plaza and Uptown Mall in Taguig City effective 31 December 2024.

All affected returning TOPS DoubleDragon and TOPS Uptown applicants will be accommodated at DFA-OCA Aseana, Aseana Business Park, Bradco Avenue, corner Diosdado Macapagal Blvd, Parañaque City starting 23 December 2024 onwards from 08:00 am - 04:00 pm, Monday - Friday (except weekends, holidays, and work suspensions).
