Suspension of Operations of the Consular Office, TOPS, and PSO Site in Cebu City on 24 February 2025

CEBU CITY 04 February 2025 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that in commemoration of the Cebu City Charter Day,  the Consular Office (CO) located in Robinsons Galleria Cebu, the Temporary Offsite Passport Services (TOPS) located in SM Seaside Cebu, and the Passport Satellite Office (PSO) located in SM City Consolacion are suspended on Monday, 24 February 2025, pursuant to Republic Act No. 7287 dated 24 March 1992. Operations resume on Tuesday, 25 February 2025.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments on 24 February 2025 will be  accommodated from 25 February to 25 March 2025.
