Half-Day Consular Operations on 16 April 2025 at DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, Temporary Off-Site Passport Services

MANILA 15 April 2025 — The Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that its consular operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPs) nationwide will have half-day operations on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 81 issued by the Office of the Executive Secretary, dated 14 April 2025, suspending work in government offices on 16 April 2025 from 12:00 pm onwards. 

Affected passport and authentication applicants will be accommodated within 30 days from their original appointment date.
