Relocation of Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) at SM North EDSA
MANILA 23 May 2025 — The Department of Foreign Affairs Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public of the relocation of the Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) at SM North EDSA to a new site within the same mall complex.
Effective Monday, 02 June 2025, the TOPS site at SM North EDSA will operate in its new location as follows:

To facilitate the relocation, TOPS SM North EDSA will temporarily suspend operations on Friday, 30 May 2025. Affected returning TOPS applicants during the suspension of operations shall be accommodated at the TOPS’ Supervising Consular Office:
