Public Advisory on the Suspension of Operations at CO Cebu, TOPS Cebu, and PSO Cebu on 06 August 2025

CEBU 28 July 2025 — CO Cebu respectfully informs the public that CO Cebu and the two (2) offsite locations under its supervision, namely, TOPS Cebu (SM Seaside) and PSO Cebu (SM Consolacion), will be closed to the public on Wednesday, 06 August 2025, pursuant to the following:

• Republic Act No. 76981 dated 29 April 1994, declaring 06 August of every year a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Province of Cebu, in celebration of the province’s Foundation Day
• Republic Act No. 89522 dated 31 August 2000, amending RA No. 7698 to include its Highly Urbanized Cities of Cebu and Mandaue and its Component Cities

The operations of CO Cebu and offsite locations will resume on Thursday, 07 August
