17 August 2015 – The Department of Foreign Affairs would like to advice the public that there will be no consular (e.g., passport, authentication/”red ribbon,” and consular civil registration) services in DFA-Office of Consular Affairs (DFA Aseana), all DFA Satellite Offices (SOs) in Metro Manila, and all Regional Consular Offices (RCOs) on 21 August 2015 (Ninoy Aquino Day) and on 31 August 2015 (National Heroes Day), in compliance with Proclamation  No. 831, s. 2014.
