05 November 2015 – In compliance with Proclamation No. 1072, s. 2015 and Memorandum Circular No. 84, s. 2015, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) would like to advise the public that there will be NO CONSULAR SERVICES (e.g., passport, authentication/”red ribboning,” consular civil registration and other related services) in the DFA-Office of Consular Affairs (DFA Aseana) and in all DFA Field Offices (Satellite Offices) in the National Capital Region (NCR) from 17 to 20 November 2015 in connection with the activities related to the APEC Summit to be held in Metro Manila during those days.

However, ONLY THOSE WITH EMERGENCY CONSULAR NEEDS (i.e., death of a family member overseas, urgent medical procedures to be done overseas, and urgent contractual obligations overseas) may approach the following Satellite Offices (SOs) during the following days:

All SOs shall resume regular operations on 21 November 2015 (Saturday)
