DFA Ladies Foundation Promotes Physical, Mental Wellness on its Silver Anniversary

Mental Wellness on its Silver Anniversary 1

07 December 2021 – As part of its 25th Anniversary celebrations, the DFA Ladies Foundation, Inc. (DFALF) organized three wellness webinars to promote physical and mental health and well-being in November 2021.

The first webinar, “The Sound Bath Experience – A Profound and Transcendental Experience using Sounds and Vibrations for Deeper Relaxation and Well-Being”, was conducted on 04 November 2021 by certified South Bath practitioner Citadel Muñoz-Cruz.

From Madrid, Muñoz-Cruz demonstrated the use of bells, singing bowls and other instruments in producing relaxing sounds that allowed participants to rest and experience different emotions and energies. An interactive discussion among the participants followed the demonstration.
