International Bazaar Foundation Inc. Holds IBF Garage Sale Fundraiser
IBF President Consul Betty Ang and the DFA Ladies Foundation President, Deputy Assistant Secretary Kristine Leilani Salle, formally opened the fundraiser with a ribbon cutting last Tuesday, 15 March 2022 at the Office of the Secretary-Special Projects Unit (SPU).
PASAY CITY 18 March 2022 – The International Bazaar Foundation, Inc. (IBF) President Consul Betty Ang and the DFA Ladies Foundation President Deputy Assistant Secretary Kristine Leilani Salle formally opened the fund-raising activity for its scholarship program with a ribbon cutting on 15 March 2022 at the Office of the Secretary-Special Projects Unit.
Pre-loved and brand new items generously donated by IBF Chairperson Mme. Maria Lourdes B. Locsin, the IBF Board of Trustees, and supporters are available for sale in the said garage sale. The IBF Garage Sale is ongoing until the end of March 2022. All proceeds of the Sale will benefit the IBF Scholars.
Organized in 1966, the IBF is a non-profit and fundraising institutional foundation, considered to be the social arm of the Department of Foreign Affairs. The IBF has granted more than 500 scholarships over the years and currently has 56 active scholars. END
