10 November 2016 — In view of the recent terrorist incidents and the extended State of Emergency in France, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) strongly urges Filipinos planning to travel to France to defer non-essential travel at this time.
Filipino tourists in France should exercise vigilance, take necessary precautions when in public places and in public gatherings, monitor the local news, and follow the advisories of French authorities.
