PHL Embassy Holds Gender and Development (GAD) Seminar in Abu Dhabi

Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Constancio R. Vingno Jr. delivered his message at the Gender and Development (GAD) Seminar for Embassy personnel on 29 December 2017 at the Cristal Hotel, Abu Dhabi.

Third Secretary and Vice Consul Von Ryan G. Pangwi gave a brief lecture on GAD analysis, planning and budgeting, coaching and mentoring, and psychological first aid; Embassy personnel participated in the GAD seminar; Ambassador Vingno was joined by officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
