PH Embassy in Mexico Celebrates International Women’s Day

PHOTO: Officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in Mexico City celebrated International Women’s Day at the Embassy Chancery during its flag retreat on 08 March 2019. Embassy officers and staff wore shades of purple and pins celebrating Women’s Month. The pins, which embody the theme “We Make Change Work for Women,” will be distributed to all female clients who come to the Embassy for the month of March.  

After the flag retreat, the Embassy screened the Oscar-winning documentary “Period. End of Sentence” to raise awareness about women’s reproductive rights. (Mexico PE photo)
