PH Embassy in Ottawa Conducts Self-Defense Seminar for National Women’s Month

PHOTO: In celebration of the National Women’s Month, the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa organized the first installment of its self-defense seminar for Embassy personnel and their families on 29 March 2019. Facilitated by former coach of the Philippine National Taekwondo Team Dax Morfe, participants were given practical reminders for personal safety during the session and practiced basic drills and situational exercises.
