PH Embassy in Hanoi Conducts Financial Literacy Seminar

PHOTO: As part of its Gender and Development (GAD) activities, the Philippine Embassy in Hanoi organized a Financial Literacy Seminar, with a focus on investment options in Vietnam, such as term deposit, property, stocks, and insurance, at Melia Hanoi Hotel on 22 September 2019.

The seminar was attended by around 32 members of the Filipino community.

Resource speaker and Shinhan Bank Deputy General Manager Tuan Pham stressed the importance of financial management for foreigners in Vietnam.

In his closing remarks, Embassy Chargé d' Affaires (CDA) Paul Vincent L. Uy encouraged overseas Filipinos to enrich themselves in Vietnam so they could also enrich their extended families back in the Philippines.
