PH Embassy in Hanoi Conducts General Self-Defense Workshop

HANOI, 10 January 2023 – The Philippine Embassy in Vietnam caps off 2022 by organizing a workshop on General Self-Defense last 30 December 2022 at the Philippine Embassy premises as part of its Gender and Development Health and Wellness program. 

The event was facilitated by Ms. Rocel Catalan, a Filipino mixed martial arts athlete, fitness coach and self-defense advocate. Participants included the members of the Filipino community in Hanoi and the officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy. END
