Guided by the CO’s GAD Team (Ms. Janine Ann B. Santos, Ms. Dani P. Mr. Berlin A. Tolosa, Head of the Consular Office, delivered a closing message emphasizing the importance of self-expression in today’s world, specifically those of Women and Girls. This event reflects CO Pampanga's commitment to contributing to the holistic development of the community, transcending physical differences such as age and gender.
