29 November 2017 MILAN — The Philippine Consulate General Office of Milan and the Philippine Overseas Labor Office-Overseas Workers Welfare Administration of Milan (POLO-OWWA Milan) conducted a back-to back financial literacy program for the benefit of our OFWs in Milan and Northern Italy at Via Lodovico Pavoni, Milan, Italy on November 18 to 19. The program is in line with the PCG Milan and POLO-OWWA Milan’s initiatives on financial skills development for Filipinos and attended by 100 participants.

POLO-OWWA Milan in cooperation with FIL AMICI Association held its program “Learning Wealth in Milan with Sir Vince-How to Invest in the Philippines,” with Mr. Vincent Rapisura, from Ateneo de Manila University and Social Enterprise Development Partnerships Inc. (SEDPI), as guest speaker. Financial advisor and specialist Mr. Rapisura delivered to the OFWs a lecture and practical advise on how to save and invest their hard-earned money wisely.

The ongoing Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship Training Program for Overseas Filipinos, Batch 56 (LSE-56), continued its 5th session at the Philippine Consulate General Office.
