13 March 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to Thailand Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia presented the original Thank–You letter of Secretary of Foreign Affairs Albert F. del Rosario to Foreign Affairs Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul of the Royal Thai Government, thru Acting Permanent Secretary Manasvi Srisodapol, on March 10, for the donations given to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) by members of the Royal Thai family, the Royal Thai Government, Thai private companies and foundations, and the Thai paople.
