AUTHENTICATIONPHL Envoy to Russia, Rosoboronexport Executive Discuss Prospects for Ph-Russia Military-Technical Cooperation
Philippine Ambassador Carlos D. Sorreta and Mr. Sergei Stepanovich Goreslavskiy, Deputy Director General of Rosoboronexport discuss prospects for military-technical cooperation between Russia and the Philippines at the Philippine Embassy in Moscow on July 06. Mr. Goreslavskiy is heading a delegation to the Philippine International Marine Conference 2017 which will be held on July 12 in Manila. He will represent Rosoboronexport, Russia’s only state intermediary agency responsible for the import and export of a wide range of military and dual-use products, technologies, and services. He is slated to make a presentation on Russia’s maritime defense industry and meet with relevant Philippine defense and security officials on the sidelines of the event.
